WELCOME

 Welcome to The Mount Rogers Regional Adult Education Program(MRRAEP) website  The program serves the Virginia counties of Washington, Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth and Wythe and the cities of Bristol and Galax. 


We provide leadership and support for adult education and literacy services with an emphasis on the development and expansion of quality, family literacy and workplace education programs, including preparation and instruction for taking the GED Test, the National External Diploma Program, and work ready certifications.   All classes and tests are FREE of charge.


GED Information

 The GED Test measures your "General Educational Development". This test covers four separate subjects, including reasoning through language arts, science, social studies, and mathematical reasoning.

 The National External Diploma Program (NEDP) is an online, self-directed diploma program administered by MRRAEP and many other adult education programs nationwide.
